Requesting a callback from PokerStars Support

If you need to speak to a member of our Support team in person, you may request a callback directly from the PokerStars desktop software by following the instructions below. Please note that the callback team provides support concerning queries relating to Poker, Casino, Account Verification and Geolocation, and operates from 10:00-22:00 ET. We will respond by email to any callback requests received outside of those hours, or concerning topics other than those listed above.

How to request a callback from the desktop client

  1. Open the ‘Help’ menu, on the right side of the main lobby.
  2. Select ‘Contact Support’, then click on ‘Open Contact Support Form’.
  3. From the ‘Category’ menu, select ‘Request Callback (Opening Hours: 10am - 10pm)’.
  4. From the ‘Sub-Category’ menu, select the most appropriate reason for your request, e.g. Account Verification, Geolocation, etc.
  5. In the field provided, please provide some further details for your callback request, along with your contact number. We will aim to contact you within 60 minutes.

Please note that it is not currently possible to request a callback from the mobile app. Contact if you have any further queries.
