The One-Time PIN isn't being emailed to me

Under state regulatory requirements, all real money players are required to complete multi-factor authentication upon every login.

As a result, you will need to enter a one-time temporary PIN.

Just enter your username and password as usual, and the PIN will be sent to your registered email address. If you are unable to find this email, please:

  • Look for emails with the subject line "One time PIN"
  • Look for emails coming from the address 'security@starsaccount.com'
  • Check spam/junk folders (as well as "Social", "Promotions" or any others depending on your email provider)

If you're unable to receive the PIN because you no longer have access to your account registered email, just contact our support team so we can assist.
