Resorts Casino: Withdrawal instructions

With the Resorts Casino option, you can make cash transfers directly from your Stars Account, in person from the cashier cage within Resorts Casino and Hotel in Atlantic City.

From the Stars Cashier, follow these steps:

1. Click on Withdraw.
2. Select Resorts Casino and click on Submit.
3. Enter your withdrawal amount and click on Submit.
4. Wait for the automated email confirming that your funds are ready for pickup.
5. Visit the Resorts Casino and Hotel located at 1133 Boardwalk in Atlantic City, NJ.
6. Provide your Stars Account details and government-issued photo ID to the casino cage staff.
7. Once the transaction is approved, the funds will be handed to you in cash and debited from your Stars Account balance.
8. Request a printed receipt for your withdrawal.

You may also request your withdrawal directly at the Casino cashier cage without initiating the transaction from the Stars Cashier; however, you will need to wait a short period of time for the request to be reviewed and approved before you can collect your funds.
