Software issues - Clearing the application and lobby cache (Windows)
Clearing the application and lobby cache from our software can sometimes resolve issues accessing our software:
- Close our software, you will not be able to delete the required files while our software is open.
- Open Windows/File Explorer ('Windows key + E').
- Type in:
%temp% - Delete the following folders:
- 'XCW' - this is the application cache.
- 'PokerStarsBrCache' and 'PokerStarsBr' - this is the lobby cache.
