1. Description of Promotion
Welcome to the Casino Races Leaderboard promotion (the “Promotion”), where upon making one or more Casino wagers with your TSG Account (as defined below) subject to the requirements herein, participants will have a chance to win a share of $7,000.
The Promotion is sponsored by TSG Interactive US Services Limited (“TSG” or the “Sponsor”). The terms “you” or “your” mean the person to whom a Promotion Bonus (defined below) is issued to upon satisfaction of the terms and conditions set forth in this Promotion. Redemption of the Promotion is expressly conditioned upon acceptance of and compliance with all of these Promotion “Terms and Conditions”. Promotion participants may be required to sign paperwork issued by the Sponsor.

3. Eligibility
The Promotion is only open to individuals who are at least 21 years of age and are physically present in New Jersey during the Promotion Period. If your social security number is associated with another TSG Account (as defined below) in Sponsor’s database, you may only earn one Promotion Bonus (as defined below) in respect of all such accounts under this Promotion. Employees, officers and directors of the Sponsor, its parent companies, and each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, cable/satellite affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, retailers, distributors, and each of such employees’, officers’ and directors’ immediate family members and/or those living in the same household (whether legally related or not) of each are not eligible to participate in the Promotion or receive a Promotion Bonus (as defined below). Individuals who have entered any self-limited or government agency self-exclusion program or have been otherwise excluded from casinos by a government agency, Sponsor or one of its affiliates or gaming license partners and persons on a Disassociated Patrons, Self-Limit, Involuntary Exclusion, Voluntary Exclusion or Self Exclusion List in jurisdictions which Sponsor or its affiliates or gaming license partners operate are not eligible to participate in the Promotion or receive a Promotion Bonus (as defined below).
4. Action Required
In order to participate in this Promotion, you must access the Eligible Games through the Leaderboard URL (as defined below) and opt-in to the Leaderboard of the Week. After opting-in to a Leaderboard of the Week through the Leaderboard URL, use your TSG Account to make one or more Casino wager(s) on the eligible casino games (“Eligible Games”) available for the Leaderboard of the Week (the “Leaderboard of the Week”) during the Promotion Period (“Eligible Wager”). The Leaderboard of the Week will begin at 6:45 PM ET on Monday and end at 6:44 PM the following Monday. The Leaderboard of the Week and the Eligible Games for such Leaderboard of the Week can be found at https://casino.pokerstarscasinonj.com/Leaderboards ( “Leaderboard URL”).
Weekend Leaderboard Races will begin at 6:45 PM on Thursday and end Sunday at 6:44 PM thereafter.
If your Eligible Wager wins, you will earn a fixed number of points as described in Section 10. Losing Eligible Wagers will not earn any points. Wagers placed on a casino game that is not an Eligible Game in respect of a given Race of the Day will not earn any points. You may make an unlimited number of Eligible Wagers during the Promotion Period.
5. Claiming Promotion Offer
At the end of each Leaderboard, the number of points you earn in accordance with Section 10 will be tallied up and rounded down to the nearest point. If your Eligible Wager loses, you will not earn points for such Eligible Wager. Based on the number of points you have accumulated, you will earn a placement on the “Casino Races Leaderboard”.
As set forth in the tables below, based on your placement at the end of the Promotion Period, you will receive a bonus in cash (“Promotion Bonus”) equal in amount to the corresponding row within the right column immediately after the Weekly Leaderboard.
By opting in and participating in this Promotion, you consent to the publication of your full first name and last name initial along with standing (rank and points earned) on such leaderboard on our website and/or mobile applications Promotion Bonus recipients will be solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, and for any other fees or costs associated with the Promotion Bonus received, regardless of whether the Promotion Bonus, in whole or in part, is used. The Promotion Bonus value may be reported for tax purposes as required by law.

6. Registration Procedures
To qualify for the Promotion, eligible individuals must have an active PokerStars Casino or PokerStars member account (“TSG Account”) and verify your identity in order to play on the PokerStars Casino. Creating a TSG Account at pokerstars.com/casino, on the PokerStars Casino mobile applications or within the Casino lobbies where available, is free. By submitting your information and creating a TSG Account, however, participants will be required to agree to the TSG Privacy Policy and Terms. If you do not agree to TSG’s Terms and Privacy Policy (https://www.pokerstarsmtairycasino.com/privacy/?no_redirect=1), you cannot create a TSG Account or participate in this Promotion.
7. Limitations on Participation
In addition to the eligibility requirements in Section 3, TSG reserves the right to refuse or otherwise restrict your eligibility to participate in any Promotion for any reason, in our sole discretion, including based on your wagering patterns or wagering history or if you failed to take advantage of any previous Promotion in good faith. This Promotion is void where prohibited by law. Limit of one (1) Promotion Bonus per person per Promotion Day.

10. Eligible Wagers
See Section 4. Wagers placed on a casino game that is not an eligible game in respect of a given race of the day will not earn any points. Patrons may participate on multiple Promotion Days but must satisfy the Eligible Wager on each such Promotion Day in order to qualify for a Promotion Bonus in respect of that Promotion Day. Eligible Wagers made on any one Promotion Day will not carry over to other Promotion Days. You may make an unlimited amount of Eligible Wagers on any one Promotion Day.

12. Cancellation
Should you wish to cancel your participation in this Promotion at any time, please contact customer support at support@starsaccount.com. Upon cancellation, you may withdraw any funds you have deposited into your account without restriction. However, any Promotion Bonus amount in your account may not be withdrawn.

14. Additional Terms
Odds: The odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received by the Sponsor during the Promotion Period. Outcomes of the Draw are determined by a random number generator.
Administration: The Sponsor expressly reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice or consent. Administration of the Promotion is at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. The Sponsor reserves the right to restrict at any time any PokerStars Account holder from participating in the Promotion for any reason. Any questions relating to eligibility, these Official Rules or any other questions concerning the Promotion will be resolved at the sole discretion of the Sponsor and its decisions will be final and binding with respect thereto. No groups, clubs, corporations, companies, partnerships, or organizations may participate in the Promotion or reproduce or distribute any portion of these Official Rules to their members.
Tampering with Promotion: The Sponsor is not responsible for the actions of participants in connection with the Promotion, including participants’ attempts to circumvent these Official Rules or otherwise interfere with the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of the Promotion, or whom the Sponsor believes to be causing malfunction, error, disruption or damage may be disqualified. Additionally, any attempt to cheat the Promotion, as determined at the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor, may result in immediate disqualification of the relevant participant, as well as other possible consequences, including disqualification from any and all existing and future Sponsor promotions. ANY ATTEMPT BY A PERSON TO DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE (INCLUDING ANY SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM OR APPLICATION) OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK ALL LEGAL AND EQUITABLE REMEDIES FROM AND AGAINST ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. The Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to disqualify (or terminate the prize of) any participant who is found to be, or suspected of, acting in violation of these Official Rules, or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike, obscene, immoral or disruptive manner, or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
Suspension / Modification / Termination: In the event the Sponsor is prevented from continuing with the Promotion by any event beyond its control, including, but not limited to, fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, communications or equipment failure, utility or service interruptions, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared), interference with the Promotion by any party, or any federal, state, local or provincial government law, order, or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within the Sponsor’s control (each, a “Force Majeure” event or occurrence), the Sponsor shall have the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Promotion or prizes. The Sponsor additionally reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion: (a) to modify, suspend or terminate the Promotion should causes beyond the Sponsor’s control corrupt or interfere with the administration, integrity, operation, security or proper play of the Promotion; or (b) to disqualify any participant found to be, or suspected of: (i) tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion; (ii) acting in violation of these Official Rules; or (iii) acting in an un-sportsmanlike manner.
Release and Waiver of Liability: By participating in the Promotion, you agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor and its directors, officers, employees, agents, successors and assigns (collectively, “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, liability, costs (including attorneys’ fees), losses, damages, fines or injuries (up to and including bodily injury and death) of any kind arising out of or related to: (i) your participation in the Promotion (including travel to/from any Promotion activity); (ii) any acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize (including, without limitation, losses, damages or injuries to your or any other person’s equipment or other property, or to your/their persons, including those arising from any travel to/from any prize event or activity); (iii) the Released Parties’ violation of rights of publicity or privacy, claims of defamation or portrayal in a false light or based on any claim of infringement of intellectual property; and (iv) any typographical, human or other error in the printing, offering, selection, operation or announcement of any Promotion activity and/or prize. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you agree that the Released Parties have neither made nor will be in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, in connection with the Promotion and/or with respect to any prizes, including, without limitation, to any prize’s quality or fitness for a particular purpose. You agree and that the Released Parties shall have no responsibility or liability for discontinued prizes; human error; incorrect or inaccurate transcription of registration and/or account information; any technical malfunctions of the telephone network, computer online system, computer dating mechanism, computer equipment, software, or Internet service provider utilized by the Sponsor interruption or inability to access the website, application or any online service via the Internet due to hardware or software compatibility problems; any damage to your (or any third person’s) computer and/or its contents related to or resulting from any part of the Promotion; any lost/delayed data transmissions, omissions, interruptions, viruses, bugs, defects; and/or any other errors or malfunctions, even if caused by the negligence of the Released Parties. You further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all liability resulting or arising from the Promotion and to release all rights to bring any claim, action or proceeding against the Released Parties and hereby acknowledge that the Released Parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to a prize, including express warranties provided exclusively by a prize supplier that may be sent along with a prize. The Released Parties are not responsible for any changes or unavailability of the social media platform used for purposes of administering the Promotion that may interfere with the Promotion (including any limitations, any restrictions, or any conditions on the Sponsor’s ability to use the social media platform for the Promotion as set forth herein that are not acceptable to the Sponsor) or your ability to timely enter, receive notices or communicate with the Sponsor via the social media platform, in which case the Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may terminate or modify the Promotion.
Entry Information and Promotion Communications: As a condition of entering the Promotion, you give consent for the Sponsor to obtain and deliver your name, address and other information to third parties for the purpose of administering the Promotion and to comply with applicable laws, regulations and rules. Any information you provide to the Sponsor may be used to communicate with you in relation to the Promotion and may be used on a Promotion winners’ list.
Governing Law: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of participants, the Sponsor and/or the Released Parties in connection with the Promotion will be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other laws.
BY ENTERING THE PROMOTION, YOU AGREE THAT TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: (A) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE PROMOTION, OR ANY PRIZE AWARDED, WILL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION; (B) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND AWARDS WILL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL THIRD-PARTY, OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED (IF ANY) NOT TO EXCEED US$10.00, BUT IN NO EVENT WILL ATTORNEYS’ FEES BE AWARDED OR RECOVERABLE; AND (C) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL YOU BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN ANY AWARD FOR, AND YOU HEREBY KNOWINGLY AND EXPRESSLY WAIVE ALL RIGHTS TO SEEK, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS AND/OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN ACTUAL OUT OF POCKET EXPENSES NOT TO EXCEED US$10.00, AND/OR ANY RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
Miscellaneous: The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision of these Official Rules is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, the other provisions will remain in effect and will be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. The Sponsor’s failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules will not constitute a waiver of that provision. You agree to waive any rights to claim ambiguity of these Official Rules. Headings are solely for convenience of reference and will not be deemed to affect in any manner the meaning or intent of any provision hereof. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Promotion-related materials, Privacy Policy or Terms of Service on any website, social media platform or application and/or these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control and the discrepancy will be resolved in the Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion.
