      Withdrawals

What happens when I ask for a withdrawal?

The system checks if you made any deposits using eligible withdrawal methods in the past 12 months.

      • If you didn't, select any withdrawal options available to you in the 'Cashier'.
      • If you did, the 'Cashier' will show how much money we'll drop into each payment method you used to deposit.

My payment method is no longer active. Now what?

In this case, please cancel your withdrawal and contact us.

We'll permanently remove this payment method, and you won't be able to use it for deposits or withdrawals any longer.

For more information, check out the Withdrawal Policy section of our website.

I want to use a different payment method from the one selected by the 'Cashier'.

We’ll return your withdrawals using the deposit method you used to fund your account. If there is more than one, we'll go from the oldest to the most recent.

      This is for security purposes.

If you want to withdraw using a different method, we must remove the existing one from your account. Remember that you’ll no longer be able to use it.

Let us know which payment method you want to remove and why it's no longer valid.

Players can only have one pending withdrawal on each payment method at any point.

If you'd like to withdraw using the same payment method as your pending withdrawal, cancel it and enter a new one.

You can withdraw using a different payment method or wait until we process your transaction.

Why can't I withdraw my whole balance?

To withdraw funds from deposits or transfers (if applicable), you must wager them at least once. If you receive a transfer, you must play the total amount before you can withdraw it.

Any returns and winnings included in the bet or buy-in will be cleared automatically for withdrawal. This helps us to keep the integrity of our products.

How do I see the balances in the 'Cashier'?

They're shown separately to see which part of the total balance you can withdraw.

      What's the 'In Play' balance?

The total balance in your account comes from deposits, winnings and any other credits.

      What's the 'Withdrawable' balance?

This is the amount you can withdraw from your available balance. It comes from your total winnings from playing in cash games and tournaments.

My withdrawal was sent to an invalid card.

Once a withdrawal is sent for processing, we can't cancel it or redirect it to a different account.

      There are two possible scenarios:

      1. You still hold a bank account or another card with the same issuer.

        • The funds will most likely be credited to your replacement card or to a bank account you hold with them. We suggest waiting 3 to 10 business days and then asking your card issuer to find these funds.
        • Contact us again if you have not received funds within 3 to 10 business days after processing your withdrawal.

      2. You no longer have a relationship with the card issuer.

        • If this is the case, let us know if you no longer have an account with this card issuer so we can investigate.

How frequently can I ask for a withdrawal?

You can only ask for one withdrawal at a time for each payment method.

There could be a limit on the number of withdrawals you can ask for in a 24-hour period. When you select your withdrawal options in the 'Cashier', these limits will appear on the right-hand side of the screen.

The safety and security of player funds

We're committed to the safety and security of players' funds. Their balances are in segregated accounts and not used for operational expenses.

This means your funds are always available to withdraw using banking and security procedures.

The withdrawal methods available to you depend on the country you live in. To see your options, go to our website's Deposits & Withdrawals section and select your country from the dropdown menu. Or you can head over to the 'Cashier' window after you've logged into your account.

We reserve the right to use extra eligibility criteria to determine the withdrawal options offered to players.

      Withdrawal Policy

For each deposit method, withdrawals return to your oldest deposit first and your most recent deposit last.

The withdrawal is in the same currency as your previous deposits.

Withdrawals exceeding the total amount you deposited are in the currency of your last deposit with that payment account.

Let's say you ask for a withdrawal of a higher amount than you deposited. You might find money left in your account following the automatic withdrawals. Select a payment account to receive the rest if this is the case.

Any funds you deposit using a certain payment method must be returned to that account when possible. This is part of our Withdrawal Policy.
