Withdrawals: Using a payment method different to the one automatically selected by the Cashier

For security purposes, and whenever possible, withdrawals are directed back to the deposit methods you used to fund your user account within the last 12 months - from the oldest deposit to the most recent.

If you're being prompted to withdraw your funds to a specific payment option and you'd like to direct your withdrawal to an alternative one, we'll need to remove that former payment method from your user account.

Once we remove a specific payment account, you won't be able to use it for deposits or withdrawals in the future, and we can't reinstate it at a later date.

If you'd like us to remove any of your payment methods from your account, contact us. Tell us which payment method you'd like to remove and confirm the last four digits of that payment account (if available).
