Server crash (cash games and tournaments)

All transactions show up in your account after each hand ends. This includes pots you win or lose.

If a server crash stops a hand or tournament from finishing, we roll back any hands in progress. We treat them as if they never happened.

Cash games

If a crash for any reason messes up a hand, we reset everyone's account to how it was before the hand started. We mark the hand as a misdeal and return all blinds, antes and bets to the players.

Tournaments

If a crash happens, we roll back all hands in progress at every table. Each player gets their chip count back to what it was at the start of the hand. When we must cancel a tournament, we compensate players according to the 'Cancellations' section of our Tournament Rules.
