1. Description of Promotion

Welcome to the Daily Egg Hunt Promotion (the “Promotion”), where eligible participants during the Promotion Period (defined below) receive daily chances to receive a designated Promotion Bonus (defined below) in the form of mystery chests (“Mystery Chest”) throughout the Promotion Period by satisfying a daily challenge requirements or otherwise following the instructions the alternative method of entry below and, within a Mystery Chest have a chance to receive three (3) golden eggs (defined below) where individuals can win grand prize as more fully described below.

The Promotion is sponsored by TSG Interactive US Services Limited, 251 Little Falls Drive, Wilmington, DE 19808 (“TSG” or the “Sponsor”). The terms “you” or “your” mean the person to whom a Promotion Bonus (defined below) is issued to upon satisfaction of the Official Rules set forth in this Promotion. Participation in the Promotion is expressly conditioned upon acceptance of and compliance with all of these Promotion “Official Rules”. Please read these Official Rules before entering the Promotion. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may (in the sole discretion of TSG) result in disqualification from the Promotion. You must meet the eligibility requirements and follow the Official Rules regarding participation as set forth herein. TSG reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion at any time in its sole discretion. Promotion participants may be required to sign paperwork issued by the Sponsor.

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion will begin at 8:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on April 3, 2023 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on April 30, 2023 (collectively, the “Promotion Period”).

3. Eligibility

The Promotion is only open to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age and are physically present in the states of Michigan, Pennsylvania or New Jersey and maintain a TSG Account (defined below) in good standing. If your social security number is associated with another TSG Account in Sponsor’s database, you may only earn a maximum of one (1) Promotion Bonus per day in respect of all such TSG Accounts under this Promotion. Employees, officers and directors of the Sponsor, its affiliates, cable/satellite affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, retailers, distributors (collectively, “Promotion Entities”), and each of such employees’, officers’ and directors’ immediate family members and/or those living in the same household (whether legally related or not) of each are not eligible to participate in the Promotion or receive a Promotion Bonus. For purposes of this Promotion, immediate family members are defined as spouse, partner, parents, legal guardians, in-laws, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren and those living in the same household shall mean people who share the same residence at least three (3) months a year, whether legally related or not. A person cannot be an eligible participant or winner if such person is a person: (a) with whom U.S. persons or entities are restricted from doing business under regulations of the Office of Foreign Asset Control (“OFAC”) of the Department of the Treasury (including those named on OFAC’s Specially Designated and Blocked Persons List) or under any statute or executive order; or (b) who is acting, directly or indirectly, for or on behalf of any such person. All federal, state, and local taxes are the responsibility of each Promotion Bonus/prize winner. Void outside of Michigan, Pennsylvania and New Jersey and where prohibited by law. Any individuals actively on any “exclusion list(s)” are in eligible to participate in this Promotion.

4. Entry Requirements

There are two (2) methods of entry into this Promotion (each, an “Entry”), as follows:

(i) Wager Method of Entry: In order to qualify for this Promotion, you must log into your TSG Account, opt in via the challenges section and bet $1 or more on any casino game.

(ii) Alternate Method of Entry: Alternatively, participants may enter this Promotion by sending a copy of a valid US photo ID along with your name, address, gender, age, email address TSG username and favorite slot game to PokerStars. #1096 2230 Route 70 W STE 2, Cherry Hill, NJ 08002. All Entries submitted via the Alternate Method Entry must be submitted during the Promotion Period (i.e., one (1) Alternate Method of Entry submission per Promotion Day) to qualify as an eligible “Alternate Method of Entry”. Individuals must have a TSG Account to submit an Alternate Method of Entry.

(Collectively, the “Entry Requirements”). There is a limit of one (1) Entry per Promotion Day (regardless of entry method).

5. Claiming Promotion Offer

Upon satisfying any of the Entry Requirements on a given Promotion Day, you will receive a Mystery Chest containing one (1) of the following bonuses or offers:

• Free Spins: between 2 – 5 (.20c per spin)
• Subsequent casino challenges:

(Each, a “Promotion Bonus”). Each Promotion Bonus must be utilized within twenty-four (24) hours of issuance at which they the Promotion Bonus will automatically expire.

In addition to the Promotion Bonus, players and Alternate Method of Entry entrants have an opportunity (when opening a Mystery Chest) to collect prize golden eggs (“Prize Eggs”). Not all Mystery Chests will include Prize Eggs and Prize Eggs will be randomly assigned to Mystery Chests. An individual will need to collect three (3) Prize Eggs during the Promotion Period in order to receive the grand prize of One Thousand, Five Hundred Dollars ($1,500) (the “Grand Prize”) (as shown in the chart below). There are three (3) unique Prize Eggs that are available for collection throughout the Promotion Period.

Each Promotion Bonus and other prizes awarded in this Promotion will be credited to your TSG Account within seventy-two (72) hours of your satisfaction of the Entry Requirements and must be used within twenty-four (24) hours of issuance. Promotion reward recipients will be solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, and for any other fees or costs associated with the Promotion reward received, regardless of whether the Promotion reward, in whole or in part, is used.Prizes are non-transferable, with no equivalents or substitutions except at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. All prize details not specified in these Official Rules will be determined in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Prize details and availability are subject to change and prize provider’s rules and restrictions, and in the event that Sponsor is unable to provide the winner with his or her prize(s), the Sponsor may elect to provide winners with the approximate value of such item in cash or award an alternate prize of comparable or greater value. All prizes are awarded “AS IS” and without warranty of any kind, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). Prize winners will be solely responsible for all federal, state and/or local taxes, and for any other fees or costs associated with the prizes they receive, regardless of whether they, in whole or in part, are used. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the prizes is based on available information provided to Sponsor and the value of any prize awarded to a winner may be reported for tax purposes as required by law. The winners may be required to provide Sponsor with a valid social security number before the prizes will be awarded for tax reporting purposes. An IRS Form 1099 may be issued in the name of winners, or if a minor in the jurisdiction in which s/he resides, in the name of his/her parent or legal guardian, for the actual value of the prize received. Unclaimed prize(s) will be forfeited. Prize(s), if legitimately claimed, will be awarded.The Promotion Entities are not responsible for and will not replace any lost, mutilated or stolen prizes or any prize that is undeliverable or does not reach the winner because of an incorrect or changed address. If a winner does not accept or use the entire prize, the unaccepted or unused part of the prize will be forfeited and the Promotion Entities will have no further obligation with respect to that prize or portion of the prize. The Promotion Entities are not responsible for and winner will not receive the difference, in any, between the actual value of the prize(s) at the time of award and the stated ARV in these Official Rules or in any Promotion-related correspondence or material. Limit of one (1) Promotion Bonus/prize per person per Promotion Day in connection with this Promotion.

6. Registration Procedures

To qualify for the Promotion, eligible individuals must have an active Fox Bet Sportsbook, Stars Casino or PokerStars member account (each, a “TSG Account”) and verify your identity as required by each site in order to participate in the Promotion. Creating a TSG Account is free. By submitting your information and creating a TSG Account, however, participants will be required to agree to the TSG Privacy Policy and Terms. If you do not agree to TSG’s Terms and Privacy Policy, you cannot create a TSG Account or participate in this Promotion.

7. Limitations on Participation

In addition to the eligibility requirements in Section 3, Sponsor reserves the right to refuse or otherwise restrict your eligibility to participate in any Promotion for any reason, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, including based on your wagering patterns or wagering history or if you failed to take advantage of any previous Promotion in good faith. This Promotion is void outside of Michigan, Pennsylvania and New Jersey and where prohibited by law.

8. Wagering Requirements

The Promotion reward is not transferable and cannot be substituted except in the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Casino site credit may only be used for wagering on your TSG Account. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Promotion Bonus may be converted to cash by earning two (2) redemption points for every $1 in Casino site credit awarded on any of Sponsor’s table and slot casino games, excluding live dealer table games. Redemption points are earned based on the game type and amount wagered. 9. Order of Funds Used for Wagering

Casino site credit is used before deposited funds when wagering.

10. Eligible Games

Eligible games are determined by your daily challenge tasks as outlined in these Official Rules.

11. Restrictions on Withdrawal

The Promotion Bonus is non-withdrawable. See Section 8 for instructions on how to withdraw winnings from wagers placed using the Promotion Bonus. Any unused portion of the Promotion Bonus will be automatically withdrawn from your TSG Account one (1) day after being credited to your TSG Account. You may withdraw your deposited funds without penalty at any time.

12. Cancellation

Should you wish to cancel your participation in this Promotion at any time, please contact customer support at support@foxbet.com.

Upon cancellation, you may withdraw any funds you have deposited into your account without restriction. However, any Promotion Bonus amount in your account may not be withdrawn.

14. Additional Terms

Odds: Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of times you participate in the Promotion and the amount of participants who participate in the Promotion during the Promotion Period. The odds of a participant receiving any given Promotion Bonus/prize is based on a pre-programmed amount assigned to each Promotion Bonus/prize per Promotion Day, which may change from time to time in the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Outcomes of the Promotion Bonus/prizes are determined by a random number generator.

Administration: The Sponsor expressly reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice or consent. Administration of this Promotion is at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to restrict at any time any TSG Account holder from participating in this Promotion for any reason. Any questions relating to eligibility, these Official Rules or any other questions concerning this Promotion will be resolved at the sole discretion of the Sponsor and its decisions will be final and binding with respect thereto. No groups, clubs, corporations, companies, partnerships, or organizations may participate in this Promotion or reproduce or distribute any portion of these Official Rules to their members.

Tampering with Promotion: The Promotion Entities are not responsible for the actions of entrants in connection with the Promotion, including entrants’ attempts to circumvent the Official Rules or otherwise interfere with the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Promotion, or whom Sponsor believes to be causing malfunction, error, disruption or damage may be disqualified. Additionally, any attempt to cheat the Promotion, as determined at the sole and absolute discretion of Sponsor, may result in immediate disqualification of the entrant, as well as other possible consequences, including disqualification from any and all existing and future Promotion. ANY ATTEMPT BY A PERSON TO DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE (INCLUDING ANY SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM OR APPLICATION) OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK ALL LEGAL AND EQUITABLE REMEDIES FROM AND AGAINST ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to disqualify (or terminate the prize of) any individual who is found to be, or suspected of, acting in violation of these Official Rules, or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike, obscene, immoral or disruptive manner, or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.

Suspension / Modification / Termination: In the event Sponsor is prevented from continuing with the Promotion by any event beyond its control, including, but not limited to, fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, communications or equipment failure, utility or service interruptions, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared), interference with the Promotion by any party, or any federal, state, local or provincial government law, order, or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within Sponsor’s control (each, a “Force Majeure” event or occurrence), Sponsor shall have the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Promotion or prize. Sponsor additionally reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion: (a) to modify, suspend or terminate the Promotion should causes beyond Sponsor’s control corrupt or interfere with the administration, integrity, operation, security or proper play of the Promotion; or (b) to disqualify any entrant found to be, or suspected of: (i) tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion; (ii) acting in violation of these Official Rules; or (iii) acting in an un-sportsmanlike manner.

Waivers, Disclaimers and Releases: By participating in the Promotion, entrant agrees to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Promotion Entities, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, successors and assigns (collectively, “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, liability, costs (including attorneys’ fees), losses, damages, fines or injuries (up to and including bodily injury and death) of any kind arising out of or related to: (i) entrants’ participation in the Promotion (including travel to/from any Promotion activity); (ii) any acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize (including, without limitation, losses, damages or injuries to entrant’s or any other person’s equipment or other property, or to their persons, including those arising from any travel to/from any prize event or activity); (iii) the Released Parties’ violation of rights of publicity or privacy, claims of defamation or portrayal in a false light or based on any claim of infringement of intellectual property; and (iv) any typographical, human or other error in the printing, offering, selection, operation or announcement of any Promotion activity and/or prize. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, entrants agree that the Released Parties have neither made nor will be in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, in connection with the Promotion and/or with respect to prizes, including, without limitation, to any prize’s quality or fitness for a particular purpose. Entrants agree and that the Released Parties shall have no responsibility or liability for discontinued prizes; human error; incorrect or inaccurate transcription of registration and/or account information; any technical malfunctions of the telephone network, computer online system, computer dating mechanism, computer equipment, software, or Internet service provider utilized by Sponsor interruption or inability to access the website, application or any online service via the Internet due to hardware or software compatibility problems; any damage to participant’s (or any third person’s) computer and/or its contents related to or resulting from any part of the Promotion; any lost/delayed data transmissions, omissions, interruptions, viruses, bugs, defects; and/or any other errors or malfunctions, even if caused by the negligence of the Released Parties. Each entrant further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all liability resulting or arising from the Promotion and to release all rights to bring any claim, action or proceeding against Released Parties and hereby acknowledge that the Released Parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to a prize, including express warranties provided exclusively by a prize supplier that may be sent along with a prize. The Released Parties are not responsible for any changes or unavailability of the social media platform used for purposes of administering this Promotion that may interfere with the Promotion (including any limitations, any restrictions, or any conditions on Sponsor’s ability to use the social media platform for the Promotion as set forth herein that are not acceptable to Sponsor) or ability of entrant to timely enter, receive notices or communicate with Sponsor via the social media platform, in which case Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may terminate or modify the Promotion.

Entry Information and Promotion Communications:- As a condition of entering the Promotion, each participant gives consent for Sponsor to obtain and deliver his or her name, address and other information to third parties for the purpose of administering this Promotion and to comply with applicable laws, regulations and rules. Any information entrant provides to Sponsor may be used to communicate with entrant in relation to this Promotion or on a Promotion winner’s list. By participating in the Promotion, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the terms and conditions of Sponsor’s applicable Privacy Policy, as amended from time to time. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of the Privacy Policy, you may not use the Services. The Privacy Policy can be accessed on the website in which you participate.

Governing Law / Limitation of Liability: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of entrants, Sponsor or the Released Parties in connection with the Promotion will be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other laws.

BY ENTERING THE PROMOTION, ENTRANT AGREES THAT TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: (A) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE PROMOTION, OR ANY PRIZE AWARDED, WILL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION; (B) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND AWARDS WILL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL THIRD-PARTY, OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED (IF ANY) NOT TO EXCEED TEN DOLLARS ($10.00), BUT IN NO EVENT WILL ATTORNEYS’ FEES BE AWARDED OR RECOVERABLE; AND (C) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ANY ENTRANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN ANY AWARD FOR, AND ENTRANT HEREBY KNOWINGLY AND EXPRESSLY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO SEEK, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS AND/OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN ACTUAL OUT OF POCKET EXPENSES NOT TO EXCEED TEN DOLLARS ($10.00), AND/OR ANY RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED.SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Dispute Resolution:In the event of any disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Promotion, including, but not limited to, any game or any prize, or the breach, enforcement, interpretation, or validity of these Official Rules or any part of it (each, a “Dispute”), both parties shall first try in good faith to settle such Dispute by providing written notice to the other party describing the facts and circumstances of the Dispute and allowing the receiving party thirty (30) days in which to respond to or settle the Dispute. Notice of a Dispute shall be sent to: (a) Sponsor, at TSG Interactive US Services Limited, 1209 Orange Street, Wilmington, DE 19801, or (b) you, at the address we have on file for you. Both you and Sponsor agree that this dispute resolution procedure is a condition precedent that must be satisfied before initiating any litigation or filing any claim against the other party. IF ANY DISPUTE CANNOT BE RESOLVED BY THE ABOVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEDURE, YOU AGREE THAT THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION FOR SUCH DISPUTE WILL BE DECIDED BY FINAL AND BINDING ARBITRATION ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AS DESCRIBED BELOW.ARBITRATION ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS MEANS THAT YOU WILL NOT HAVE, AND YOU WAIVE, THE RIGHT FOR A JUDGE OR JURY TO DECIDE YOUR CLAIMS, AND THAT YOU MAY NOT PROCEED IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE CAPACITY. Other rights that you or Sponsor would otherwise have in court will not be available or will be more limited in arbitration, including discovery and appeal rights. All such Disputes shall be exclusively submitted for binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) then in effect, before one arbitrator to be mutually agreed upon by both parties (or, if not agreed within thirty (30) days of the first party proposing an arbitrator, determined under AAA rules). The Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation, enforcement and all proceedings at such arbitration. The award determined by the arbitration will be final and binding, except for any right of appeal provided by the Federal Arbitration Act, and may be entered in any court having jurisdiction over the parties for purposes of enforcement. The place of such arbitration shall be either Broward County, Florida or the U.S. county of your residence, and the proceedings shall be held there, except to the extent otherwise agreed to by the parties. In the event that you initiate arbitration in the county of your residence, the entity you have a Dispute with may transfer the arbitration to Broward County, Florida in the event that it agrees to pay the additional fees or costs you incur as a result of the change in location as determined by the arbitrator. Any Disputes not subject to the arbitration provision discussed above shall be resolved exclusively in the federal or state courts sitting in Broward County, Florida, and you expressly consent to the jurisdiction of and venue in such courts and waive all defenses of lack of jurisdiction and inconvenient forum with respect to such courts for purposes of litigating any such claim or action. Each participant agrees to service of process by mail or other method acceptable under the laws of the State of Florida. Either party may, notwithstanding this provision, bring qualifying claims in small claims court.

List of Promotion Winners: To receive the name of the winners, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope, within sixty (60) days of expiration of the Entry Period, to: “25 Days of Rewards Promotion Winners List”, TSG Interactive US Services Limited, 251 Little Falls Drive, Wilmington, DE 19808 (Attn: Legal). Please indicate which Promotion winners list you are requesting by referencing the name of the Promotion in your request.

Miscellaneous: The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules or the Affidavit will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision of the Official Rules or the Affidavit is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, the other provisions will remain in effect and will be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules will not constitute a waiver of that provision. Entrants agree to waive any rights to claim ambiguity of these Official Rules. Headings are solely for convenience of reference and will not be deemed to affect in any manner the meaning or intent of the documents or any provision hereof. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Promotion-related materials, privacy policy or terms of use on any website, social media platform or application and/or the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control and the discrepancy will be resolved in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion.
